Beginner friendly trek

Nature of trip: One day trek
Distance from Bangalore: 70 km
Trekking time: 2 hours approx.
Time to travel: 2 hours approx. one way
Starts : From Bangalore

Indicative Day Schedule

• Start early from Bangalore by 6:00 AM approx.
• Early on road calls for early breakfast for which we stop on the way from renowned local eateries
• The way towards the Nandi trekking trail is mesmerizing throughout surrounded by the neighboring peaks of Karnataka
• On reaching the base of the trek, you will be briefed up on the trail post which we start the trek enjoying the views around. On hitting the peak spend time enjoying the soothing breeze which welcomes you with open arms.  After spending some relaxing time, start getting down.
• Visit the Bhoganandeeshwara Temple.
• The we head to Muddenahalli, birth place of Sir M. Visvesvaraya, visit his Samadhi and the house he stayed and a Museum dedicated to him.
• After this we take a lunch halt and begin our return journey

Things to pack:

• A small backpack
• Sunglasses, Sunscreen, and cap if required
• Extra Covers to collect personal waste
• Any personal medication required
• Water bottle

Basic Guidelines:

• Fit to travel and flexible to travel in a group.
• Should adhere to timings of the trip and instructions of Trip Captain
• Pickup and drop points remain the same

Inclusions:

• Transport in AC Innova/Tempo Traveler or similar vehicle
• Any required permissions and misc. regulations to be taken in advance

• Meals: 1 Breakfast and 1 Lunch
