Date with Nature Ooty and Coonoor

I travel not to go anywhere, but just to go. I travel for travel's sake. The great affair is to move!

Ooty short for Ootacamund (an anglicized name for Udhagamandalam) hill station nestled in southern India and Coonoor is a Taluk in the Nilgiris district in the state of
Tamil Nadu, India. It is known for its production of Nilgiri tea.

Time to travel: 5-6 hours approx. one way

Brief 

Day 1: Bangalore to Ooty
Start early from Bengaluru, we will stop for the breakfast on way. We will reach by mid-afternoon, we
check-in into our homestay/resort and spend rest of the evening at leisure

Day 2: Explore Ooty
After breakfast we visit Doddabetta peak - Ooty's highest point, then we head to Tea and Chocolate factory.  Stop for lunch, post that stroll around or take a relaxing boat ride at Ooty Boathouse.  Later visit Ketty view point offering breathtaking views of some of the iconic spots. End the day by exploring Ooty central market and picking some souvenirs.

Day 3: Explore Coonor 
Morning after breakfast visit Sims Park, Lambs rock & Dolphin Nose, break for lunch here and then we head towards return journey back to Bengaluru.
