Nagaland is a mountainous state in northeast India, bordering Myanmar. It's home to diverse indigenous tribes, with festivals and markets celebrating the different tribes' culture. Its capital city of Kohima suffered heavy fighting in World War II, commemorated by memorials at the Kohima War Cemetery. The Nagaland State Museum exhibits ancient weaponry, a ceremonial drum and other traditional Naga cultural artifacts.

Arrive to Dimapur and transfer to Kohima
Take a flight to Dimapur, you will join your group at the airport.
From here we will get transfer to Kohima via private transport (Approx. 2.5 hrs)
On arrival to Kohima, check-in at your homestay

Day 2
Date : October 2, 2023
Explore Kohima
After morning breakfast, Start your Kohima city exploration
Visit Kohima zoo, which houses the state bird - the rare Tragopan bird and the state animal and other wild animals
Afternoon visit to Kohima Museum, War Cemetery, Kohima Cathedral Church.
Here we pause for lunch
Evening for your own time to relax, stroll around and soak in the surrounding beauty.
Day 3
Date : October 3, 2023
Kohima - Tuophema
After breakfast Travel to Tuophema.
It is a Tourist Village which is Developed by Nagaland Tourism Department.
Experience staying in Naga Style hut and local Naga Life.
Walk around and wander to witness the natural beauty
The Community Kitchen here serves really delectable food with locally brewed rice beer.
Overnight at Kohima.
Day 4
Date : October 4, 2023
Tuophema To Khonoma
After breakfast, start From Khonoma.
Drive to Khonoma, The village Known for its Historical Importance & witness the local beauty.
Visit the beautiful paddy fields and understand the Farming Techniques.
Know the Importance of Forest as the Local Community has Preserved through the years here.

Day 5

Kohima to Dimapur
After relaxing breakfast, we leave for Dimapur. Reach by afternoon, post lunch the day is for you to relax, explore on your own or take it slow and just laze around at your homestay.

Depart with pack of memories
As you bid goodbye to your gang with a hope to meet again in one another travel. You will be dropped to the airport for your return journey.
